The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Mark Erik Prinz (www.autorennbahnplaner.de) and consumers and entrepreneurs who purchase goods through our store. We shall not recognize any terms and conditions that are contrary to or deviate from our terms and conditions. The contract language is German.
(1) The offers on the Internet represent a binding offer to you to purchase goods.
(2) You can add one or more products to the shopping cart. In the course of the ordering process you enter your data and wishes regarding payment method, etc. Only by clicking the order button you accept this offer to conclude a purchase contract. If you have not given your consent to the immediate release of the download and the associated waiver of your right of withdrawal, the products will only be released after the withdrawal period of 14 days has expired. If you have given your consent, the products will be made available for immediate download after the conclusion of the contract.
After purchasing the product, there is no time limit for downloading. After activation, you can access the link and download the product at any time via your customer login.
The number of downloads is not limited.
The download products are copy-protected. Copy protection may not be circumvented in order to make private copies on other media. There is an exception from copy protection for computer programs. The creation of a backup copy is permitted if it is necessary for securing future use. Number of allowed copies: once Software.
Your order with details of the concluded contract (e.g. type of product, price, etc.) will be stored by us. However, you will not have access to your past orders via the Internet. We will send you the GTC, but you can also access the GTC at any time via our website. If you would like to save the product description on our store page for your own purposes, you can, for example, take a screenshot (= screen photograph) at the time of ordering or alternatively print out the entire page.
You can correct your entries at any time before submitting the order by pressing the delete key. We will inform you about further correction options on the way through the ordering process. You can also exit the ordering process completely at any time by closing the browser window.
Statutory liability rights for defects exist for our goods.
We exclude liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty insofar as these do not relate to material contractual obligations, damage arising from injury to life, limb or health, or guarantees. The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents and our legal representatives. The essential contractual obligations include in particular the obligation to provide you with the goods free of defects
